The open spaced living/dining areas are fully equipped, opening to a second even larger veranda to, where guests can sit and enjoy the spectacular views. Theo’s Place has marble floors throughout to keep the apartment cool in summer, with air-conditioning (both cooling and heating) in the main living area, but also for the chillier nights, there is a log fire for the more romantic.

GETTING TO ATHENS: Daily flights from most major cities to Athens. ONWARDS TO ERMIONI BY CAR FROM ATHENS AIRPORT: Car hire available from Athens airport. Check www.popscarrental.com who have offices by the airport and in Ermioni. Driving time is approximately 2.5 hours. The first hour from the airport to Corinth Canal is on the new motorway. The second part is through very scenic and beautiful mountainous terrain. There are plenty of amenities en-route for refreshments, or to visit other interesting sites, such as Corinth Canal. Road toll charges approximately 5 euros. Depending upon the size of car, petrol costs are approximately 25 euros. European guests travelling from Patras need to head for the Corinth Canal, then South through the mountains. ONWARDS TO ERMIONI BY BUS/SEA FROM ATHENS AIRPORT: E96 is the 24-hour airport express bus to Piraeus Port. Costs approximately 3 euros. Hydrofoil to Ermioni daily from Piraeus which takes approximately 2 hours and stops at Poros and Hydra en-route. Cost one way approximately 30 euros. Check out wwww.hellenicseaways.gr and www.dolphins.gr for further information. Theo's Place is accessed from Mandrakia sea front by a flight of approximately 50 steps. Alternatively from the rear down small pathway directly to the door. The advantage of Theo's Place is that there is a garage space for a car, which is very useful during high season or religious public holidays.

Theo’s Place is non, smoking and is situated so everything needed is within a few minutes walk, fresh bread & produce daily, tavernas, grocery stores, café’s, banks, internet café’s, swimming, archeological sites within the ancient town of Ermioni, or the surrounding areas, and the main harbour where the ferries and taxi’s await you if desired.
