Our country house is located in a strategic position near many cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc). Moreover we are to little steps from the Perugia (S. Egidio) Airport, that become recently port of call of international lines low cost (Ryanair, etc). We are located 12 km from Assisi, famous for the patron S. Francisco, where you can find most historic churches (Basilica San Francesco, etc.). A few minutes by car will take you to the most important art centers of Umbria: , Perugia (historic centre) 13km , Gubbio 30km , Spello 20km , Spoleto 35km , Todi 35km , and only 25km from Trasimeno Lake. and then: Siena 90 km, Florence 150 km, Rome 170 km.

Coming from the north on the A1 highway: Take the Bettole Val di Chiana exit. Follow state highway E75 until you reach Perugia, continue towards Cesena and take the exit to Valfabbrica.
