INFORMATION CONCERNING REGISTRATION WITH DWELLVACATION.COM (hereby known as “dwellvacation”) WEB SITE (FOR SERVICES), according to art.13 of Lgs. Decree 196/03 "Protection of personal data". The personal data you are supplying us with (on registration and for the services we provide) will be used for the following purposes: i. allow you to access and use the services to manage the account (hereon referred to as "Services"); ii. allow you to access and use the services to publish properties and manage your ads iii. with your consent, dwellvacation will send you information and updates on offers, promotions, services and website services; iv. with your consent, dwellvacation will send you commercial information (and other information you are likely to be interested in) and supply you with other services tailored to your needs, according to the answers given in the website's questionnaires. The data marked with a star (*) are strictly related to the registration procedures. Said data is necessary for the purposes listed in point (i). Refusal to supply said data or partial, inexact or no data will make it impossible for you to register. Processing of your data for the purposes listed in points (iii) and (iv) is subject to your explicit consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. Refusal to give your consent for said purposes will not affect the registration in any way and dwellvacation will use your data solely for the purposes listed in point (i). Processing of your data is carried out with the help of computers and IT systems to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your data, according to the rules in force governing the matter. Only dwellvacation employees and/or collaborators, working in the offices dealing with the purposes listed above, will process your data. Said employees and/or collaborators act as Processing Officers and comply with specific instructions regarding confidentiality. Your data may be processed by third parties employed by dwellvacation for activities which support, are required by or are connected with the activities of dwellvacation. Data may be disclosed, for management and control purposes, to companies belonging to the Group and to subsidiary, associated and controlling companies. You may exercise the rights listed in article 7 of the Lgs.
